As promised, the NexDome Shutter Kit is now available for purchase here at our online store.

And here is a short video showing how the shutter motor works.

What is next?

NexDome Rain Sensor. Thanks to Gerry and Rudolphe, electronic design, coding and testing is done and we can start the production in Dec. The NexDome rain sensor uses the same sensor used in research observatories. The sensor is connected to the dome rotation controller and by first drop of rain on the sensor commands the shutter motor to close. More info soon.
