Hi all my vendor in Europe (Astro shop) told me a delivery time of 3 to 6 month. How can that be. What are the specific problems? KR Wolfgang

I was having some troubles with the dome rotational motor stalling so I sent the following questions in. I think they nexdome team is in the middle of a move some there is a Adelay in their response in email. Anyone have thoughts ? Does the rotational package come with the track or just the motor ?   I ordered the new track but I started thinking more about theirs because my motor is stalling in certain spots….. I got the dome used but it made me wonder… do the motors go bad after a decade of use or should I just try the track first then go for the motor ? Also I have the original ardino boards. To update to the beaver boards I would need to buy two boards correct ?

Broken shutter rail I’m setting up my 2 observatories and when I went to put up the domes, I noticed several places that the shitter rail has sections broken off. I’ve been trying to reach someone thru support for a couple months. Hopefully this will reach someone. Thank you in advance.
