Hi, I'm having a problem with my shutter binding when I open of close. Everything is aligned, does anyone have a fix for this issue?

you will find so many issues with this set up and material used. i cant help you with this but i reconstructed the intire unit.

For the bearings,shaft,chain and universal collars, go on line at McMaster-Carr. For the gear track and 3 gears sprockets you can order at Nexdome. I used a metal lathe and drill press to make all the other parts. I replaced the backing plate out of aircraft aluminum. Sorry I have no measurements for you.
