@Steven Green I can provide update. I measured the shutter track, predrilled, holes relative to the outer edge of the dome panel, which if too great would interfere as the shutter slid by. All seemed appropriate until the area where the back panel attaches (first picture). At that point, the holes are too far away from the outermost edge by 3/16". To reduce interference in that area, I drilled new slotted holes in the back panel area to make the clearance consistent all along the track. I also drilled an additional hole in the middle of the track length and a matching slotted hole in the dome to reduce track play. I also disassembled the NexDome walls, which will be replaced by a 6 foot tall, 12 ' x 12' wood frame shed (second image). I found the 4 foot tall NexDome door incompatible with my old body. That larger foot print gives me lots more clearance to move around the pier and shelves for equipment. I should be imaging by February.
