Any suggestions on leaking from the outside? I caulked all around the edges outside and I'll be damned if I can find where the water intrusion is. Thanks.
I can tell you that the aggregate finish is very difficult to seal without a thick bead under the walls. Best option ot raise the dome and use a professional grade siliconized sealer/adhesive.
If that is out of the question and since I can't tell what you used, but I would suggest trying Flexseal tape on the inside and sealed with a few coats of the Flexseal paint. It is not going to look great, but it might work.
I've had the same problem and since I finally got my concrete base pier installed today, the dome is going to be raised and sealed.
