With its square and spacious 3Mx3M footprint , there is ample room for work benches and equipment shelves.
 
VERSIONS
The RC-33 clamshell observatory has a full steel frame for the walls and shutters covered with 4mm aluminum sandwich plating. Optional wooden fronts are also available. The shutters are running on 78MM caster rollers on heavy 10MM steel guide rails. This offers full weather and storm protection, under all conditions. A special labirynthal rain run off system in the shutters warrants complete water tightness for your telescope and equipment.

SHUTTER CONTROL
Depending on your requirements, the shutters can be controlled with our optionally available SEMI-automatic control system with simple "push-button" operation, or alternatively, with a fully automatic, ASCOM compliant control system. You can open and position the shutters in any desired position when you need protection on windy nights.
