I've been out of the observatory for several days and when I went in today and tried to open the shutter it would open a few inches and stop. It required 6 open commands in SGP, clicking the open button, to get it to fully open. Anyone having this problem? If so did you figure out what was going on?

Any Windows I have.. it's in a VMWare VM and my mac runs on a 34" screen in 3440 × 1440 :)
On the NUC in the observatory running Linux I have a HDMI dongle that simulate a 4K screen and run in 2560x1440 ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074FT1P8M/ )
On the only Windows box used for testing (USB3 stuff don't work properly in VMWare) I use Microsoft Remote Desktop from the Macs .. and force the resolution to 1920x1080
I'm not touching the font scaling ... this usually end up creating issues.
Hum ... no scrollbar and you have a small resolution... I don't know of any way to access the bottom of that dialog (I'm not a Windows user and only use it to cross compile my X2 plugin and a few other things when I can't use Linux or macOS).
It's not in the ASCOM stuff, it's a separate app (Advanced Settings and test) in the installed Beaver applications :
It's in the "Advanced Setting and Test" application :
I think you need to send a command to the shutter controller to reset it to default and re-calibrate it.
I believe there is a spot in the Beaver app to send "raw" command.
You should be able to send this :
dome sendtoshutter "seletek resetfs 1"
This will instruct the rotator controller to send the 'seletek resetfs 1' to the shutter which will reset it to factory default and should allow you to redo the shutter calibration and fix the issue you're seeing.
