What I did is cut a bevel on the teeth like a sprocket has. This way the teeth are guided into the holes for slite misalignment.
You will notice that the holes for the sprocket goes into have sharp edges. What I did is took a deburing tool and removed those share edges so the sprocket slides into the hole prevent jamming due to rough sides of the sprocket entering the hole.
