Support needed for replacement parts for shutter rails becoming brittle and breaking. (2.2M)

Broken shutter rail

I’m setting up my 2 observatories and when I went to put up the domes, I noticed several places that the shitter rail has sections broken off. I’ve been trying to reach someone thru support for a couple months. Hopefully this will reach someone. Thank you in advance.

The only email address I know of is sales@nexdome.com. His replies usually end up in my junk folder so look there.

I was reading on another thread that domain named email addresses sometimes get blocked by your ISP. If you have a Gmail address use that as your return reply to email.

Thank you Steven for your response. I’ve sent emails to the sales email address and also from the support area from this website. I do check my junk mail and I have received emails in the past.

When I said the support area from the website, I meant “Contact Us” area in the “More” tab/section.
