This is not a one week vacation. I've been trying to do exactly what you suggested for several weeks w/no reply except an automated 'Hi' which only option is to send you back to the web site. I'm simply trying to buy a small dome, but you're not going to send money to a business whose most attractive feature is that you can get replacement parts from theme at any time, and they don't provide communication w/you; someone checking their email. I had planned on putting up a dome on my deck this summer, even already had the Trex deck for the extension delivered. Do you understand what I'm saying. I assumed w/the web site's advertising that NexDome was a going business.
I got a reply about the emailing, but not the subject, Ordering a NexDome. He said that it must be going to my spam mail, which I checked and nothing was there. I need to try another method because the Summer is quickly passing in trying to get the dome set up on my deck extension. Is there a telephone no. for NexDome. I'll try that.
Don, a few others on Facebook are having a similar issue, and I know he is working on it on his end. I've sent him a separate email letting him know about a few others having the same issue.
Are you on FB? If so, please post there or give me your name. I appreciate you giving me your email address, but as a moderator I prefer to keep my personal email private. If not I understand since I just joined FB 3 weeks ago to follow Unistellar since I just got their eVscope 2.
Hi We respond to ALL emails and specifically to Don here, but seems like our emails end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder Don.

I have no idea. My only suggestion is keep writing to sales@nexdome.com.
Is the issue that someone else can help you with?
I just read on Facebook they are on vacation for a week.
